Cannot make calls to certain numbers (mobile+landline) (tried from 4 different mobiles and landlines

All calls to 01202 1* numbers are restricted from Sky mobiles and Sky landlines - have tried from 4 different Sky mobiles and landlines - without success.

Reported to Sky but getting no response. - they are sending out new sim cards, but this obviously will not affect the landline issue - looks to me like they have a put a restriction on dialling out to any 01020 1* landline number.

The numbers can dial me and I can recieve calls but cannot dial out.

Plewase urgently help??????

So which code are you dialling as you mention two different ones in your post? 01202 is the code for Bournemouth. Not sure if the next part of the number would start with a 1. 

01020 doesn't look like a standard UK dialling code.

Not sure why Sky would restrict this. Are they business numbers and maybe don't accept returned incoming calls? Not that I expect it to work but have you tried putting 141 before the 01202 number to block out your number? Have you tried ringing from a non Sky number and if so is it answered?
