@Plutomarley You'll need to call Sky to cancel any calls package and revert to the standard Pay As You Go which incurs no monthly cost and any calls are chargeable except to 150, which is the number you can call Sky on from your landline.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
