Landlines on Skytalk still not working-any ideas

We changed over to VoIP in August and had no problems until 10 days ago when our Skytalk landlines stopped working.We tend to use the landline at home as the mobile signal can be erratic at times...as in poor reception etcetc

We can't make or receive calls(but have a dialling tone) despite all the set up being correct and the voice light working on the black router.

We have been told to reset this countless times but still same problem exists.

No one is able to phone us either...they just get silence when they dial.

 

I have spoken to 6 different Sky advisors at length repeating our problem /resetting etc etc but despite being told it was fixed a week ago the problem remains so had to phone in again!

Had a text message today at 2pm saying the problem is still ongoing with CNS and they will contact us once resolved.

However the advisor tried phoning us on the landline and we could receive the call OK...so I'm struggling to understand why(Sky advisor was at a loss to understand this too)

 

Can anyone help please ?

 

We've been with Sky since the beginning & never had any major  problems before but this is so frustrating especially as our mobile signal/reception can be erratic where we live....and everyone we are in contact with (including hospitals,doctors etc)know to use the landline if they want to contact us!
