landline out of service

hiya i recently swapped to youfibre and i cant port my landline over to them , they contacted sky and were told the numbers out of service

@rick46 You won't get any response, posting on the Forum then you are NOT talking to sky, need that information then it's a call to sky and hold on for a person to speak too, not directed to the Forum!
