Landline

We had full fibre installed but now our landline is dead..is there something that the engineer or we were supposed to do..

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?
