Landline

my landline was added to the modem when i changed to full fibre, now the phone doesn't work  and has check landline on the screen, how do i get the phone to work

When was your full fibre service activated? Do you have a black Hub, or white? If it's a black Hub, is the LED labelled 'Voice' on the front panel illuminated green or amber?

I have the same problem and my voice is green

We were moved on 26  january with city fibre.

@deacon2112 try switching off both your Sky Hub and the ONT for an hour to see if that kicks it into life.

 

If not,,it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
