Landline

I requested a digital landline a while ago and I have not had any confirmation. I have a pendent alarm so I need a line. Is there anyway I could switch to digital and have the alarm? Any advice will be great.

@MDSwan you already have a 'digital' landline,  in that case, where your phone calls are carried across the Internet, rather than via the old copper phone line.

 

I would suggest speaking to your pendant service provider or manufacturer for how to connect your device to a digital landline.

@MDSwan what do you mean by a digital landline - do you mean internet calling, where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Do you have a Sky landline at the moment?

Yes I currently have a landline plugged in the broadband. Yes internet calling.
