Has your landline with Sky been working OK up to now? Recently upgraded your broadband service?

Working fine up to now. Didn't ipgrade my service. All is as it was

Try the,Service Status checker here, for any known problems in your area. If it shows nothing go ahead and try the connection test, even if your broadband is working ok
