only way round this is to rest the black hub as sky dont do much to help

I am unable to receive incoming call on my landline since changing to sky internet. It wasn't a problem at first because we use our mobiles all of the time. But I have missed two urgent hospital appointments due to this so it is now a proiority

It won't work if it's plugged into the wall socket.
