Landline still not working after new account start up
- My landline still not working after new sky set up at home on 14th April 25.

Hi,
Did you have an engineer visit or was this just activated,? how are you connecting your phone?
Do you have broadband or a router ? as you are likely to be connecting via the router and not directly via the phone socket.

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Black Hub, or white?

Yes, phone is plugged into back of white router. Internet and sky are working just no landline, no calls in and out. I can hear that the phone is connecting but no tone. All cables are connected correctly and the sky team said it's not an outside issue as that's working ok. I think it's the sky router problem

What type of phone are you using ? how are you connecting the phone to the router, i.e directly any filters etc ?
