Landline number!

So, I've just renewed my contract to include the new Full Fibre. I used to have a landline but got rid of it. Now, because the signal on our mobiles is so bad in the house, I want to get my landline back! On my package it does mention Sky Talk but I have no idea what my telephone number would be and where to find it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Firstly, it's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

 

Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.

 

Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.
