Can’t receive some of the incoming calls after installing the full fibre
I can't receive or make calls after the full fibre installed on 21/10/25. Now I can only receive some of the calls not every single calls. I am very frustrated. I called the sky service nothing changed.

@Sh75 when did you call and what did they say? The whole story may help.

I called the sky on 28/10 they said they referred the issues to Openreach. Once this issue resolved the Openreach will message me but how long do I need to wait? No one call me back? I really need my landline working properly. Thanks

@Sh75 previous posts suggest it typically takes a couple of weeks, though occasionally it can be longer. As it has correctly been passed to Openreach, it's a matter. of waiting for them to fix it, I'm afraid. Sky has no control over Openreach's timescales.
Sky are unlikely to contact you until they've been notified,by Openreach that it has been resolved.

But the sky send me a message saying the issues has now fixed this Monday. But it didn't. What can I do ? I can't contact Openreach?

I am sorry these days I can't even think. Sky said these issues will solve by the time it is something regarding the software. I don't know how long will take? Thanks

@Sh75 as I mentioned previously, it can sometimes take a while for this to be fixed. I don't know what determines how long it takes for Openreach to deal with it.
However, as Sky have told you that it has been resolved, and it hasn't, I'd give them another call to let them know.
