Landline number rang 17070 gives my number but with 00 on the end of it ,why?

Landline not working for incoming calls after sky fibre installation 9 days ago

We've seen this before with new fibre installations. Just to confirm - is your handset plugged into your broadband Hub?

 

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish? The likelihood is, however, they'll say you need to give it time to activate fully.
