Landline number lost

Moved from Vodafone to Sky.

On transfer day found my number had changed.

Spoke to Tec support and they told that it should have transferred but it did not.

I was told they tried to Portugal but it wouldn't work. Spent 3 days ringing everyone. No joy.

Rang BT asked them if I could transfer to them and have my old number they told me the old number and it will not be a problem.

No one can help at Sky and don't care that we have had a number for twenty years.

We have seen reports recently of similar issues with transferring a landline number. I think you may need to make a complaint.
