Landline number has not been transferred

I came over to sky from BT couple of weeks back and wished to keep my number. 

However my BT phones did not work with the sky hub so had to get new phones. I have only just found my number has not been transfered from BT to SKY.

Is there anyway I can get my old number back?

@John756 there's a faint possibility, providing it's within a month of switching. It might mean cancelling and starting again, though, and consequently a period without service.

Give Sky a call on 150 to discuss with them.
