Landline not working

Since Friday afternoon, around 3pm I have been unable to use my landline phone. Instead of the dialing tone I get the similar continuous tonet when you have dialled a non existent number. I am unable to receive calls either. All wiring is undisturbed. My STD code is 01376 region which has not yet been converted to digital

If you aren't a new customer and you haven't done it yet, try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband
