Landline not working

I've recently changed my broadband and landline to sky but landline hasn't worked at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Have you plugged yiur landline into the back of your broadband hub ?

If the voice lit on the hub itself ?

Landline with Siy working ok up to now?

@Lynnsey28 now we know you're new to Sky, which Hub do you have - black or white? It's unlikely that an engineer will be required.

@Lynnsey28 there's a known problem with the white Hub, which causes a delayed activation of the phone line for some customers. 

 

Sky's advice, as shown here, is to call to report it: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/fix-problems-with-my-phone/articles/fix-phone-problems-start
