Landline not working

Hi I've had fibre installed today and now my landline phone won't work

Have  you  tried  plugging  your  phone  into the  hub and see if that  works  as the old master socket  will  not  work  now you  are on fttp

After plugging the phone directly into the hub you might have to give it 24 hours from the time your fibre was activated for your phone service to start working.

@Deb641  Have tried to restart the hub to see if the voice light comes on and goes green?
