The same problem as many others. Our landline telephones started chirruping and showed a "check phone line" message. I have checked all the connections with and without filters . I also unscrewed the main socket and plugged directly into the test socket. Still dead as a dodo. No dial tone. Can't phone out or receive calls. Broadband working fine. I would like Sky to check the status of the incoming line, without me having to wait for twenty plus minutes on my mobile, which I would be paying for. Here's hoping.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
