Landline not working

I have recently switched from Vodafone to Sky but I have just realised that my landline is not working. Broadband and sky Q working fine but no dialling tone. Tried all suggestions on the website with no change.

Does your broadband router/hub have a voice light on it that is lit, if it does then you need to plug the cable into the back of it for your phone line to work.

@Den69

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
