Landline not working

Can't recieve or make any calls

New to Sky? Any changes to your subscription recently? Or is this out of the blue? Dial tone? What have you tried?

Hi Mark, 

 

No changes to subscription

 

Put a new phone in last night and worked fine, today there was someone from BT openreach at the local box and now can't get any calls at all.

First try the connection test here (even if your broadband is working ok). If it detects the fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. If not, best to report it to Sky. Quickest to call, if you have the means, or if not let us know and we can ask the messaging team to contact you via the forum here.

I have sky talk with broadband,  I have a landline and have just moved flats but my land line is not working, I have no dialing tone and cannot receive calls ,please can you advise.

@Hazelcr1947 when was your broadband/Talk service activated? Does your Sky Hub have a Voice light which is lit? If so, your phone needs to be plugged into the Hub, not the wall socket.

Mine isn't  either - I do have a dialling tone, but every number I've tried says it can't be connected. !! I had new Full Fibre fitted last Monday but haven't had to make a landline call since as I'm recovering from surgery and not working. Does anyone have an answer AI ran out of ideas!
