Landline not working
Hi,
Our Sky landline isn't working (Cannot make or receive calls, no tone when lifting the phone), Our broadband service is working fine.
I have already tried the self diagnosis guidance sky have provided and had no luck in getting the landline up and running via this route

Have you changed your broadband package recently so if there a voice light lit up on your Sky hub ?

No not changed any package. I rarely use my landline, I only know there's a problem as my house alarm works off the connection and that came up with an alert saying landline connection down.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
