No dial tone on my main phone line

Hi ive had issues with my landline for a few weeks now where ive not had a dial tone one day and the next day it works but been without it for a good few days now can anyone help ive done all the self help things online none worked

Does that include the connection test here (regardless of whether or not your broadband is working ok)?

 

If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.
