Re: Landline not working
@Abi+j+87If your phone does plug into the back of your router. Does taking out the filter for your broadband give you a dial tone?
Have you upgraded or just moved to Sky?

Re: Landline not working
I've upgraded my package so get sky talk free with the broad band,
Do I plug it into router rather than wall socket I wasn't aware of that
I'll try that thanks

Do be aware there are no free calls with Sky Talk (apart from the usual 0800 humbers). You either pay a monthly subscription for a call package, or have PAYG (as you previously had?) where all calls are charged.
Yes, if your router has a Voice light which is lit, you plug the phone into the router.
