Landline not working

Three days ago Sky arranged for an engineer (Openreach) to reposition the incoming cable by extending it and providing a new connection box. Now everything works except the landline which won't make or receive calls. I have made all the checks on the helpline to no effect. How can I contact Sky to speak to an engineer and if necessary arrange a visit to sort the problem?

Follow the guide here to report it to Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start . 

 

Once you have followed the guide you can click on "No i still need help" and it will give you a form to complete which will submit a ticket to Sky.
