Landline not working

After going through the useless bot chat and just getting pointed to this forum in which the community cannot help with my issue, could an actual human representative that works for sky ( it said they frequent this forum) please book me an appointment for an engineer to come out? 

 

Followed all steps, no dial tone, says the line is busy when trying to call it. Broadband is still functional.

 

The other option is to call sky, bit hard to do when the phone doesn't work.

@Denis581  Take it that you have went through all of the steps in the link below to see if it would allow you to book an engineer?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
