My telephone is not working, unable to call out or get calls. The message on the telephone reads check phone line. I have done all the relevant checks my end but still not working...grateful for any advice/help asap

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

After messaging someone from sky throught the chat, I was told an engineer was needed and they would be in touch if they needed to gain access. However, this morning I received a text message on my phone "we have fixed your fault".....I have just got home and my house phone is still not working!!!!

We did respond to customer but it seems they were unable to see our last response.
