Landline not working due to latest fibre boardband

Because l have just got the latest new fibre cable  the landline has been cut off how do l get it to work again so l can use my landline again

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket if your Hub has a 'Voice' light which is lit.

Once SOGEA broadband is provisioned at an address there will be no PSTN phone service, and no option to return to it because PSTN is no longer available as a wholesale product to ISPs/telcos in advance of its nationwide switch-off at the end of 2025.
