We've recently activated broadband (10th October) and just discovered the landline is not working. No sound at all. We were previously with BT.

We've turned the phone on and off and pulled the phone cable out and put it back in again.

If your broadband Hub has a Voice light, and it's lit, is the phone plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub?
