Landline not working after full fibre installation
I have just had full fibre installed. I have plugged my existing landline phone into the phone socket of the router but there is no dial tone. Do I need to do something else?

It can sometimes take a few days for the talk service to start working after a broadband activation like this.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

There's an ongoing issue with the white Max Hub which results in a delay in activation of the Voice (phone) service for some customers.
If it's still not working after 48 hours, try a factory reset by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, it's best reported to Sky.
At that time we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

Thanks for the response.
I received a text from Openreach to say they apolgised they couldnt complete my installtion and would be in touch soon with the next steps. Not sure what that was about but hopefuly it will be resolved shortly. If not I will contact Sky.

I had Full Fibre installed in October and my landline hasn't worked since, it was esculated and still out when they've sent other troubleshooting things to try. Photo's have been sent, reboots galore but nothing so still waiting for them to get back to me.

No, they won't help. You'll need to call Sky, as they're your provider. Or if you provide some details, and the background, the forum may be able to help.
