Hello,
Today the landline phone doesn't have a dialtone. I rang it from my mobile which rings my end but no response on the landlines so can't make or receive calls.
Please can this be escalated.

Further context: This is fitted with a microfilter. I have inserted into the main port without microfilter but still same issue.
There have been no change to my Talk/broadband subscription
