Landline no dial ton, no calls in or out

Hi

i I am having problems with my phone landline, we can't make calls in or out. We have tried a different set and it's still the same. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem might be. My broadband is fine so the line seems ok.

thanks for the advice, I have tried this and I go to call us but as soon as I do that the number cuts out. So I took the second option and used the community.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
