Landline keeps cutting out

My landline keeps cutting out when trying to make a call, incoming calls get cut off as well. I need my phone for health issues. I can make a call only to be cut off.

I'm assuming you're not new to Sky and that your Sky landline has worked ok up to now - if that's incorrect, please let us know.
