Landline is not working (for the second time in a month) and need to escalate to get real help frpom Sky or Openreach. Who do I telephone to get this dealt with? The online help only takes me so far before it asks me something that is not relevant!

Yes I have ttried this and it asks about whether the @Voice Light' is on or off. I do not have a voice light!
