Landline is down

My landline has been down all this morning and I am unable to fix it.  I have tried taking the connections out and putting them in.  I only have 3 of 4 lights showing on my unit, which seems to indicate I don't have internet.

@Evelyn2014  Which light on the router is not showing ? Is this the internet light and the voice light is amber?

I think the lights are amber and the only one that is not on I think is internet.

Sorry, got that wrong - lights are as follows - 1 - red, 2 yellow, no internet light and laptop not working.

@Evelyn2014 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
