Landline hás not worked for over 3 week. Broadband was down but now working

My daughter has contacted SKY to report the landline as not working on several occasions. She was informed that it was an outage and Openreach was aware and would resolve by 5th of November. This has not happened.

We have contacted Openreach who have stated that we should contact our service provider.

 

I am 87 years old and rely on my landline for hospital calls. I also have an emergency red button which is linked to the phone line, obviously this is also not working. I am very upset and distressed and wish this complaint to be escalated and resolved post haste.
