Landline fault

Can't make or receive calls broadband constantly dropping out how do I get in touch with sky to get it fixed need phone due to being on call for elderly relative

If it doesn't detect a fault, let us know and we'll get you some help here.

Thanks but done all that through my sky and virtual assistant not helpful
