Landline fault

Does anybody have a number to actually talk to someone from sky ??

im only getting an automated message saying there's a fault in the exchange !  I have no phone line & although I sort of have internet it's very very slow ! 
as a result I can't access the sky app either ?

I reported this fault last Friday and was told it would be delt with next day as engineers have recently done work in there !

I have had no update at all , I have no idea what's going on !!

The automated message you're hearing indicates that the fault is more widespread than just your line - and it hasn't been fixed yet.

None of the neighbours have a fault !

we did have a new line put in a few months ago !  It's always been fine until an engineer goes in the exchange , that's what usually happens .
