Landline failure

Unfortunately my landline connection has stopped working completely. I've completed the recommended checks on the Sky Troubleshooting page and it hasn't fixed it.  When you phone the landline it sounds as though its ringing but is not.  I had Fibre installed today by SKY Engineer.

@Yakbrind  Is there a voice light on the hub?  Is your phone plugged into the hub or the wall socket?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
