Landline engaged

Hi, I noticed someone put this yesterday. Our landline can make calls but when someone rings they are getting the engaged tone and the line is busy. We've tried turning everything off and it's still not working. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The quickest way to get this resolved, is to give Sky a call on 150 to reportma fault
