Landline down

Yet again the landline isn't working and Openreach are on it. I reported the last loss of 11 days service earlier this year but received no compensation and now it appears the line is going to be down until the 10th May. Who do I contact?

Any phone line fault needs to be reported to Sky.

Thank you, done and also going out my HD box is no longer supported so upgrading to Sky Q at no extra cost.

While it is true there are no software updates for it, it will continue to work and probably for the foreseeable future.
