I switched to Sky Fibre to the home Broadband and Talk on 12th September. I received the black hub and broadband is working fine but landline still doesn't work. Light for voice remains off.
I have yet to recieve a phone number. In 'My Orders' section of my account it states that the order is being processed. A service engineer was scheduled to arrive on the activation day but did not show up.
I raised a ticket with the online team last week but the issue remains unresolved with zero communication since raising the ticket other that a survey to see how knowledgeable and courteous the call centre assistant from India was.
