Landline dead
Landline is dead after the full fibre installation. I rang the sky everyone told me the difference story. This is the business landline. What shall I do?

Do you have business broadband? Broadband discussed on here is for domestic set ups. Using a domestic line for business does not bring quicker or additional support.
You haven't said when it was activated. It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

I rang sky support all they said is waiting. Nobody knows what is the main problem to cause my lane line is not working. No solution from 21/10/25. I think my lane line is not connecting to internet?

@Sh75 previous posts suggest there are occasionally delays in activation of the landline service.

@Sh75 impossible to say with any certainty, I'm afraid. From posts here it seems that most such problems appear to be fixed within around 2 weels.
