Hi We've just noticed that our landline is completely dead, not sure how long it has been like this as we only realised when my father told us he had been trying to ring our landline today. I've gone through all the checks recommended and still have this issue. Everything else is working ok, just the landline. Who can I contact to have a look at this ?

Try running a line test. If an outside fault is disclosed it should allow you to organise an engineers visit and save you calling Sky.

@Daniel0210 Thanks for the info Daniel. The system says there are no faults detected, it looks like I will have to try calling them 🙂
