Landline dead

Hi my landline went dead this morning - I've gone through the online checks but it just comes up with call sky but I've been calling all day and just been told to call back later when it's less busy. Have checked phones, batteries, cabling and phone connections- no change. Just rings when you try it on a mobile but nothing on the landline end. 
can anyone help?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
