Landline dead

My landline has stopped working, i've tried all the tests today and still no good, can i book an engineer for this?

Yes i have, not worked since last night, i assumed an issue due to the weather? Really need the phone as my wife and i are both elderley.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.  It will be tomorrow at the earliest.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

After speaking with Terryok we ran a line test which seemed to clear any issue with the line and is now able to make/receive calls on the landline.

It was great speaking with you Terryok and thanks again.
