Hi, we switched over from BT landline to all in one Sky Talk, included landline, and broadband back in September 2023. Initially, all worked fine, but for the past 4 weeks, the landline has gone completely dead. Cannot get incoming calls, or make calls.
We have completed the checks, plugged in another working phone, unplugged, replugged, used the main socket input, ran a line check (all is OK and running perfectly), but still no landline.
Also have not yet been switched to Internet calls.
Please, can anyone help / escalate this?
