Landline call log required.

I have been scammed (Revolut bank) and the bank is asking for a landline (fibre) call log for today (28.09.23) but the 'virtual assistant) is virtually useless! can anyone assist please?

@KeithSutherland not sure if the Sky Talk Shield, if you're using it, reports incoming calls? Otherwise check with Sky, but as @TimmyBGood posted, I'm not sure that they log incoming calls at all or if they do, whether it's at individual customer level. Your phone handset may keep a record.

It's unclear if Sky keep any such logs: there's presumably a system associated with outbound calls for billing purposes (but not necessarily if these are inclusive on a particular subscription)
