Hi woke up this morning and my landline and broadband are down. Phoned the landline from mobile and it's saying this phone is unavailable. Phone line is dead when I try to use phone no tone at all. Tried using the online service and its saying there are no known issues with line. Tried to contact sky using the messenger service but brought me here. Any ideas how I inform sky there's a problem?
