Dear Sir,
My landline has not worked for 18 days this month and I understans that you would automatically apply compensation for this loss of service. I have checked October bill and do not see any compensation for this. I hereby claim the compensation for the loss of this service.
Thanking you in advance.
Yours sincereley,
Naran Pankhania

I reported 14 days ago. I did not report immediately because most of the time the like would be ok in a couple of days. I reported after two days that it is still not working. That was on 30-09-2024.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NG1972 you should qualify for some compensation, then. It's paid automatically - you don't need to claim it - 30 days or so after the fault was fixed. All explained in the link @caesarome posted.
