Landline Not Working for 18 days

Dear Sir,

My landline has not worked for 18 days this month  and I understans that you would automatically apply compensation for this loss of service. I have checked October bill and do not see any compensation for this. I hereby claim the compensation for the loss of this service.

Thanking you in advance.

Yours sincereley,

Naran Pankhania

@NG1972

You are not emailing Sky by posting on here as this is forum where customers help each other.

Is your phone line now working, if so this link explains the auto compensation scheme as this only applies if you reported the fault to Sky:

Re: Landline Not Working for 18 days

I reported 14 days ago. I did not report immediately because most of the time the like would be ok in a couple of days. I reported after two days that it is still not working. That was on 30-09-2024.

@NG1972 you should qualify for some compensation, then. It's paid automatically - you don't need to claim it - 30 days or so after the fault was fixed. All explained in the link @caesarome posted.
